Delivery Lead Times

The majority of products in our range are available for next day delivery and providing the order is placed before 3:00pm on a weekday can be despatched the same day. However, please note that each product and variants of a product has its own individual lead time depending on the availability and the manufacturing timescale to produce and despatch. This information is displayed on the product page once any variant of the product has been selected and a suggested delivery date is displayed. Delivery timescale is also dependant on the buyers preferred delivery option selected upon checkout.

We are one of the UK’s largest stockists of Display and Presentation products, with over £1M of stock across three sites available for direct dispatch. This, combined with our manufacturing facilities, ensures we are equipped to service orders of any size within very competitive lead times. We have large stocks available for immediate dispatch via third party specialist carriers or by Red17’s own delivery fleet. Working hand-in-hand with specialist carrier companies ensures that we can provide a first class delivery service with low damage rates. Red17’s own transport department deliver larger and more fragile products that require specialist handling, as well as project consignments.

Delivery Date

Red17 Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund. When the courier delivers your parcel it will be necessary for the recipient to sign for the parcel as proof of delivery. Therefore it is important that someone is available to receive the goods at the given delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the goods our courier service will attempt re-delivery. Unfortunately if this happens again the goods are automatically returned to us. In this instance we will to contact you.

Receipt Of Goods

All our products are quality checked and carefully packed before leaving our factory. Upon receipt of your delivered items you must check all packaging and contents of packaging for damages before signing for them. If the items delivered by our couriers looks in any way to be damaged please ensure that you sign for as ‘Damaged’ and report this to us at Red17 within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries signed for as ‘received in good condition’ which is then subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.
