Receiving your goods:

When signing for the delivery of your order it is important to check the packaging and contents thoroughly for any signs of damage. Please make sure any damaged items are signed for as "damaged" or "not checked" and/or simply refuse delivery if you feel that the couriers may have damaged them in transit.

You being happy with the products we provide is what we at Red17 want. So if your order is delivered and the products don't arrive in good condition, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be more than happy to assist you.



Returning your goods:

As long as your order with us does not contain bespoke items you can return products back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you have decided that the item(s) were not what you needed or that you had ordered the wrong size.

Simply ensure that the product is placed back into it's original packaging and that you clearly label the box with your order reference number. Then send your items back to us to the address that's on our contact page.

Once received your return will be inspected and then booked back into stock and then our accounts department will process your return for refund.

Returns Policy

Red17 Limited want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We endeavour to ensure that the products are the same as described on our web site specifications, although on occasions some manufacturing differences may occur, where manufacturers upgrade the specifications without advising their distributors.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Red17 by email (info@red17.co.uk) or telephone (tel. +44 (0)1234 240 007) within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. If the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods "In Good Condition". Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective. In most cases when a product has arrived damaged or defected the Seller will arrange for the collection of goods from the Buyer and/or replacement items to be delivered.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by email (info@red17.co.uk) or telephone (tel. +44 (0)1234 240 007) within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer. Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (not including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation and receipt of returned goods. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer please note we are not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit back to us. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain a certificate of posting or insure the goods against loss or damage.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this policy. This policy may be superseded by any contract you enter into with Red17 Limited as a company.





Cancellation

Should you cancel your order prior to us dispatching but following our processing of your credit card you will receive a refund less 6 % bank handling charge. Should the order have been dispatched your refund will be less the 6% and the post & packing charges.





8. Cancellation and Returns
